SB1137 became law on Sept. 6, 2008. It applies to owner-occupied residences. It requires that we provide you the following information:

A.  Our Toll Free Number Is 888-694-3903.

B.  Pursuant to Civil Code Section 2923.5 we are required to contact you to:

1. assess your financial situation.
2. to explore options to avoid foreclosure.
3. advise you of your right to a subsequent meeting to be scheduled within 14 days.
4. provide you with the toll free number to a HUD certified counseling agency. That toll free number is 800-569-4287.
